Scott W. Patterson was born in 1975 and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina. He attended college at North Carolina State University and graduated in 1999 with a B.S. in zoology. He graduated cum laude from Mississippi College School of Law with a Juris Doctorate degree in 2003.
He is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association. Mr. Patterson’s practice areas are probate, civil litigation, and real estate, including commercial and residential real estate acquisition and finance, quiet title actions, foreclosures, tax titles, heir property, and general real estate litigation.
He and his wife, Adrienne Claire Patterson, have three daughters – Molly, Grace, and Finley.
